Shipping policy
Grove offers a comprehensive range of shipping options. More information about delivery methods and their service contents can be found on our website. Grove’s shopping cart automatically applies available shipping offers. Products within a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments.
Processing of a completed order is typically carried out within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order means that all products are in stock, reserved for the order, and the payment method has been approved.
Grove is not obligated to reserve other products in the same order if one product has limited availability or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Grove’s control. The customer may choose to accept a backorder for the delayed product or cancel the order. Shipping costs for backorders are charged according to the current price list. Products in an order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be canceled unless the customer has agreed to backorder terms in accordance with Grove’s conditions.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. If Grove receives a shipment that was attempted to be delivered to an incorrect address or was otherwise unclaimed, the customer must pay the reshipping costs. In such cases, a €5 handling fee will be charged.
