Terms of service
Grove is a marketplace. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Grove and its customers. For products provided through Grove, the terms and conditions defined by the respective service provider also apply. Grove reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering.
Grove is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances beyond Grove’s control. Grove is obligated to inform the customer of such force majeure without delay.
Customer and Data Protection
Grove welcomes both private and business customers. The commercial relationship is governed by applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing, and advertising. In agreements between business customers and Grove, these terms apply primarily, and in other respects the Finnish Sale of Goods Act applies.
When placing an order, the customer must provide complete contact details. For private customers, this includes at least name, address, and phone number, and possibly an email address. Business customers must provide the contact person’s name, phone number, email, business ID, postal address, phone number(s), and, if necessary, a billing address.
Customer information is stored in Grove’s customer register and is used to maintain the customer relationship. Grove and companies within the same group may also process and disclose this data for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99). Customers may prohibit the use of their data for marketing purposes and review their stored information by contacting Grove’s customer service.
After a purchase, customers may receive an invitation to review the product if an email address was provided. Responding is voluntary. The invitation includes only products already purchased. Customer contact details are not publicly displayed in connection with reviews. Grove uses data collected through reviews to improve customer experience, product selection, and services.
The Grove website uses cookies to enhance user experience. Cookies help make the website easier, faster, and more user-friendly. They may also be used to provide better offers and more personalized product recommendations. A cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s device by Grove’s web server. Some site features may require cookies to function. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but users can disable them in their browser settings or delete them after use. Pricing
Prices include VAT but exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. If there are clear pricing errors, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed the customer understood the error.
Prices are always checked at the time of order processing. If the price decreases, it will be adjusted for open orders. If the price increases before shipment, the product will still be delivered at the original price.
Delivery time estimates are based on information from importers and manufacturers. Grove and its suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes beyond their control.
Legal age restrictions apply to products. Ordering age-restricted (18+) products requires providing a date of birth to Grove.
Delivery
Grove offers a wide range of shipping options. More information about delivery methods and services is available on the website. Grove’s shopping cart automatically applies applicable shipping offers. Products in a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order means all items are in stock, reserved, and the payment method has been approved.
Grove is not obligated to reserve other items in the same order if one product is unavailable or delayed for reasons beyond its control. The customer may accept delayed delivery or cancel the order. Shipping costs for backorders are charged according to the current price list. Items are reserved for up to 7 days, after which the order may be canceled unless the customer agrees to backorder terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer must pay the reshipping costs. A €5 handling fee will be charged in such cases.

Returns
Grove offers a 30-day return policy from the date the product is received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are asked to carefully keep all documents related to the return until confirmation has been received from Grove.
Returned products must be packaged carefully.
